1. Order Processing
Orders placed on motohelmets.shop are processed by Megabike Racing S.L. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Zones & Timescales
We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), the European Union, and the Rest of the World. Delivery is to the address provided at checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS-certified payment gateway. Megabike Racing S.L. does not store or have access to your full card details.

5. Invoicing & VAT
A VAT invoice is automatically emailed to you when your order is confirmed. All prices shown include applicable Spanish VAT (21 %).
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on motohelmets.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, simply notify us by email at info@motohelmets.shop with your order number.
7. Return Conditions
- Original packaging: Returned in its original, complete and undamaged box.
- Unused: No signs of use, scratches or mishandling.
- All accessories included: All original components must be included (visor, inner liners, etc.).
- Homologation label intact: The ECE 22.06, DOT or other certification label must not be damaged or removed.
- Proof of purchase: Order confirmation email or receipt.
8. Return Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is FREE.
- Defective product or shipping error: Megabike Racing S.L. will cover all collection costs at €0.00.
9. How to Return — Step by Step
- Contact us: Email info@motohelmets.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions: We will reply within 24–48 working hours with a return label or shipping instructions.
- Pack & ship: Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the indicated collection point.
- Inspection & refund: Once received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
10. Product Warranty
In accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all new products purchased on motohelmets.shop include a 3-year statutory warranty from the delivery date.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural failures not caused by misuse
- Defects in the helmet shell and retention system
- Failures in closures, buckles and internal mechanisms
What is NOT covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or falls
- Helmets that have sustained an impact (even if no external damage is visible)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality or safety
