These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases made through motohelmets.shop, operated by Megabike Racing S.L.

3. Eligibility

To purchase through the website, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete order information.

4. Products and prices

Product descriptions, images, specifications, colours and sizes are provided for information purposes based on the data available from manufacturers or suppliers. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Confirmed orders are not affected by later price changes.

5. Purchase process

The customer selects a product and available options, enters billing and shipping details, selects an available payment method and confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent by email.

6. Payment

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The methods available for each order are displayed at checkout.

7. Delivery

Delivery zones, estimated times, common carriers and costs are described in the Shipping & Payment Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays or customs procedures.

8. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Return, exchange and warranty conditions are described in the Exchanges & Returns Policy. A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days after receiving an eligible product.

Helmets and riding equipment must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable certifications and current regulations.

Website text, images, graphics, design elements and software are protected by intellectual property law. Manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
