1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the website motohelmets.shop, operated by Megabike Racing S.L., registered in Spain.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from motohelmets.shop you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Prices

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (21 %), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images and specifications. In the event of a material error, we will contact you before processing the shipment.

4. Purchase Process

1. Product selection: Add items to your cart, selecting size, colour and other available options.
2. Checkout: Enter your shipping and billing details.
3. Payment: Complete payment using one of our accepted methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro Bizum).
4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

An order is only considered confirmed once you have received the confirmation email and payment has been processed.

5. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS-certified payment gateway. Megabike Racing S.L. does not store or have access to your full bank card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales and conditions are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Warranty

Your rights regarding returns, withdrawal and product warranty are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. You have 30 calendar days to withdraw and all new products include a 3-year statutory warranty.

8. Product Safety & Correct Use

Helmets and protective equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable certifications (ECE 22.06, DOT, etc.) and current road traffic regulations. Megabike Racing S.L. is not responsible for incorrect or negligent use of purchased products.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without prior written consent from Megabike Racing S.L.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to Terms
