Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation is received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day.

2. Delivery country during the review period

During the Google Merchant Center review period, delivery is enabled for Spain.

3. Delivery in Spain

• Method: delivery to the address entered during checkout.
• Area: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2 to 5 working days.
• Shipping cost: free.
• Carrier: the carrier assigned to the order is stated in the dispatch confirmation email.
• Tracking: when the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email containing the available tracking number or tracking link.

4. Payment method

The payment method currently configured is cash on delivery. Select the available method at checkout and confirm the purchase.

5. Order confirmation

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us.
