Schuberth E2 Atlas Helmet Yellow. The E2 is the first modular adventure-style helmet with P/J approval according to the new ECE 22.06 regulations. It stands out for offering a perfect combination of comfort, design, safety and aeroacoustic performance. The interior, with its exclusive concept of seamless individual linings, offers an incomparable level of comfort. It incorporates a new positioning of the chin strap to improve comfort in the throat area. It stands out for offering the possibility of installing a communication system fully integrated with the helmet design. This is the second generation of Schuberth adventure helmets. TECHNICAL DETAILS: Outer shell: Made of carbon fibre reinforced fibreglass using Schuberth’s innovative production method (DPF: Direct processed fibre), which results in a lightweight and extraordinarily resistant shell. 2 outer shell sizes for a better fit for each size. Inner shell: New dual-density EPS material without flocking that improves impact absorption and increases headroom. The E2 takes ventilation to the next level. It features a two-position adjustable top vent as well as a new larger spoiler that includes an air extractor to ensure excellent airflow when riding in the toughest conditions. The new E2 features a newly designed dual front air inlet. The upper one prevents the visor from fogging up when riding in cold conditions, while the lower one ensures additional airflow when riding in extreme heat. To prevent dust, mud and insects from entering the helmet, the chin vent features a washable and interchangeable filter. Schuberth Individual Concept Interior: The E2 sets a new benchmark in terms of comfort. The interior padding has been developed for maximum comfort using a new concept of seamless inner linings (Oeko-Tex 100 certified), which makes maintenance easier and improves acoustic performance. The padding is removable and washable. Clear, level 1 optical quality visor with anti-scratch treatment. The field of vision has been improved thanks to the new City position mechanism. Includes Pinlock 120®. Integrated V-Lock sun visor adjustable in two positions. New Adjustable Visor: The E2’s new visor has been developed in the wind tunnel to minimize shock and vibration. It offers multiple configurations. It is designed not only to be easily adjustable in 3 positions, but also to be easily removable. It has a memory function. SC2 Communication System with Plug & Play Integration (sold separately): Extremely easy to install, set up and use, the SC2 Communication System sets a new standard for motorcycle communication. HD speakers, two antennas and a boom microphone with jack connection are already pre-installed in the SCHUBERTH C2. The SC2 is extremely simple to use: just plug in the HD Microphone, remove the covers on the back of the helmet, release the remote control housing on the side, connect both, turn them on and you’re ready to go. Acoustic performance: The Schuberth E2 offers excellent performance in terms of aeroacoustic comfort. Schuberth has optimized the aeroacoustics of each component in the wind tunnel both inside and outside the helmet.
