This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on Motohelmets.shop.

Countries covered by this policy

This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies to orders delivered to Spain, European Union countries and the supported non-EU European countries listed in our Shipping & Payment Policy. The same return conditions apply to all supported delivery countries.

1. Return period

A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Contact us by email and include the order number.

2. Return conditions

The product must be unused and show no signs of use, scratches, impact or mishandling. It must be returned with the original complete packaging and all accessories, components, manuals, liners, visors and items supplied with the product.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect the parcel when it is received. If the product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number and supporting photographs where available.

4. Return costs

If the customer returns a product because they changed their mind, selected an incorrect size or no longer want the product, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If the product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, Megabike Racing S.L. pays the return or collection cost. For a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product delivered outside the European Union, documented import duties, VAT and customs fees directly related to the returned product are reimbursed by Megabike Racing S.L. after the claim has been reviewed and accepted. The original delivery cost is not refunded because delivery to the customer is provided free of charge.

5. How to return a product

A return label is included in the parcel. Before sending the product, email sales@motohelmets.shop and provide the order number and a short description of the return request. Wait for confirmation before using the included return label. Pack the product carefully with all original accessories, components and packaging. For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, Megabike Racing S.L. covers the return cost. 6. Exchanges

A size, colour or model exchange may be requested during the 30-day return period, subject to availability and the same return conditions.

7. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, the customer is informed whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

New products include the applicable manufacturer and statutory warranty.
