Exchanges & Returns

This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on motohelmets.shop.

1. Return period

A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Contact us by email and include the order number.

2. Return conditions

The product must be unused and show no signs of use, scratches, impact or mishandling. It must be returned with the original complete packaging and all accessories, components, manuals, liners, visors and items supplied with the product. Homologation, ECE, DOT or other certification labels must not be removed or damaged. Proof of purchase or the order confirmation must be provided.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect the parcel when it is received. If the product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number and supporting photographs where available.

4. Return costs

For a change of mind, return shipping is free. If the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, Megabike Racing S.L. covers the return or collection cost.

5. How to return a product

Email sales@motohelmets.shop with the order number and a short description of the request. Wait for the return label or shipping instructions. Pack the item carefully with its original items and send or deliver the parcel according to the instructions provided. Items sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.

6. Exchanges

A size, colour or model exchange may be requested during the 30-day return period, subject to availability and the same return conditions. The replacement product is dispatched after the returned item has been received and accepted.

7. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, the customer is informed whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. The time needed for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.

8. Warranty

New products include the statutory warranty applicable under Spanish and EU consumer law. Warranty requests are assessed according to the product condition and the applicable manufacturer and legal conditions.
