The Airoh Aviator 3 Evo is an off-road helmet made of high-performance composite fiber, designed for motocross, enduro, rally, and other competitive off-road disciplines. It offers a lightweight yet durable structure, developed to maximize impact absorption and maintain a high level of comfort during intensive use. It incorporates patented safety technologies and an optimized ventilation system, and is dual-certified for competition use. Main features Material Outer shell made of composite fiber that provides high structural strength and effective impact absorption. Optimized internal structure with differentiated density EPS system for better energy management in case of impact. Design developed to balance rigidity, lightness and protection in off-road use. Available in 4 shell sizes for a precise fit in every size. Visor Adjustable off-road visor designed to reduce air resistance and protect against mud and stone splashes. Robust fixing system with screws specifically designed for competition use. Visor extension included to adapt eye protection to different driving conditions. Aerodynamics and ventilation Exterior design developed in a wind tunnel to optimize stability at high speeds. Optimized ventilation system with front and top air intakes. Rear extractors that promote the evacuation of hot air and humidity. Internal channeling designed to maintain a constant temperature during demanding driving. Comfort Removable and washable interior made of hypoallergenic fabric for long-lasting use. AMS2 EVO system that improves helmet fit and stability while riding. AEFR emergency extraction system that facilitates helmet removal in case of an accident. Integrated Hydra system for hydration management during competition. Double D-ring closure for a secure and competition-approved fit.
