Description

The SCHUBERTH E2 Explorer is a modular trail (adventure) helmet with a shell in reinforced fibreglass and carbon fibre, made using SCHUBERTH’s Direct Processed Fibre (DPF) method for a lightweight yet very strong structure. It is built for long-distance adventure riding, with adjustable ventilation, a wind-tunnel-developed visor and a Sena-ready communication system.

• New two-density EPS without flocking, for better impact absorption and more head space, available in 2 outer shell sizes.
• Adjustable upper ventilation in two positions, plus a larger rear spoiler with an air extractor.
• New double front air intake: the upper vent helps prevent visor fogging in cold conditions, the lower one adds airflow in extreme heat.
• Clear Optical Class 1 visor with anti-scratch treatment and an improved field of vision thanks to the new City Position mechanism.
• Pinlock 120 insert included.
• Integrated V-Lock sun visor, adjustable in two positions, developed in the wind tunnel to minimise impacts and vibrations; adjustable in 3 positions, easily removable, with a memory function.
• HD speakers, two antennas and a jack connection for a microphone, pre-installed for Plug & Play fitting of the SC2 communication system (not included).
• New seamless interior linings, Oeko-Tex 100 certified, removable and washable, improving both comfort and acoustic performance.
• Anti-Roll-Off chin strap positioning for comfort around the throat.
• Reflective zones in the chin area for added visibility.
• New micrometric closure in reinforced fibreglass plastic, for less weight and easier handling.
• Removable and washable filter in the chin area, and a design that leaves room for glasses.
