Schuberth E2 Explorer Modular Trail Helmet. Made of reinforced fiberglass with carbon fiber through Schuberth’s innovative production method (DPF: Direct processed Fiber), resulting in a lightweight shell with extraordinary strength. New EPS material with two densities without flocking that improves impact absorption and increases head space. 2 sizes of outer shell for a better fit for each size. Features an adjustable superior ventilation in two positions, as well as a new larger spoiler that includes an air extractor to ensure excellent airflow when riding in the harshest conditions. Includes a newly designed double front air intake . The upper one prevents the visor from fogging when riding in cold conditions, while the lower one ensures additional air flow when riding in extreme heat. The inner padding has been developed to provide maximum comfort through a new concept of seamless inner linings (Oeko-tex 100 certified), which facilitates maintenance and improves acoustic performance. The padding is removable and washable. Clear screen of optical quality level 1 with anti-scratch treatment. The field of vision has been improved thanks to the new City position mechanism. Includes Pinlock 120® . Integrated solar visor V-Lock adjustable in two positions. The new visor of the E2 has been developed in the wind tunnel to minimize impacts and vibrations. It offers multiple configurations. It is designed not only to be easily adjustable in 3 positions but also to be easily removable. It has a memory function. HD speakers, two antennas and a Jack connection for microphone, pre-installed in the SCHUBERTH C2 for installation of the SC2 communication system with Plug & Play integration (not included). Offers excellent performance in terms of aeroacoustic comfort. Anti-Roll-Off system connected with a chin strap in a new advanced position to improve comfort in the throat area. Reflective zones in the chin area to improve visibility during riding. Equipped with a new micrometric closure system made of reinforced plastic with fiberglass to reduce weight and improve handling. Removable and washable filter in the chin area. Pre-disposition for glasses wearers. Homologation ECE 22.06 and P/J.
